What to include with a correction or status report
Useful submissions identify the exact app or game, the page that may be wrong, the date observed and a source that can be checked. For an app identity correction, package ID, developer/publisher and source domain are more useful than a display name alone.
For withdrawal evidence, redact your name, phone number, UPI ID, bank account number and transaction identifiers that are not needed for verification. Never send an OTP, password, UPI PIN, card PIN, recovery code or remote-access credential.
